A flat shipping rate of $14.95 + 15% HST in Canadian dollars is charged for ground service on orders being delivered within Canada.
A flat shipping rate of $17.95 in Canadian dollars is charged for ground service on orders being delivered within the United States*.
The Curling Store will waive the flat rate shipping fee on purchases over $300.00. If items are returned and the order falls below $300.00 the flat rate shipping charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
*U.S. customers are responsible for all customs / import duties.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days.

You may receive several shipments to fulfill the completion of your order.

Returns and Exchanges:
Most items may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days after shipping.
Items must be new, unused, and in original package.
Items must include original receipt, invoice or packing slip.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Customer must contact via email with details of purchase to receive a Return Authorization and address to which the product must be returned.
For customer convenience we can provide you with a print at home return shipping label. You would get the benefit of our reduced shipping cost based upon our volume of packages shipped. The amount would be billed to The Curling Store so no credit card is necessary on your end, and this amount would be deducted from your refund amount. This service is currently only available to Canadian customers.

Orders containing large products, such as brooms, are more expensive to ship. An oversize surcharge of $7.95 will be applied to offset our increased shipping cost.
Back Orders / Discontinued Items:
In the event that a back ordered or discontinued item should be available for purchase on our website, you will be notified via email or phone within 24-36 hours (weekends and holidays excluded) to make an adjustment to your purchase.
If we receive no reply from you by phone or email within 5 business days, the remainder of the order (excluding the back ordered item(s), will be shipped and you will be refunded for the unavailable item(s).
