REQUIREMENTS

Items must be new, unused, and in original package.

Items must include original receipt, packing slip, or your name and order #.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you received free flat rate shipping for orders over $300 on your original order and items are returned and the order falls below $300.00 the flat rate shipping charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.

For curling shoes only, we offer a 1 time free shipping on an exchange due to incorrect sizing in your original order. Customer is still responsible for shipping charges to get the shoes back to us. Offer available to Canadian customers only.

If you would like your exchanged item shipped sooner you can place another order for the item you need, and we will refund the original order once received as well as the additional shipping that has been charged on the exchange order.

We are happy to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing etc. but the $18.95 flat rate shipping fee will apply for exchange shipments.

GOODS RETURNING TO CANADA FROM THE US:

If you are returning our products or goods originating from Canada and have not undergone any enhancements, alterations, or changes from their original state, we kindly request your attention to the following details.

As of March 4, 2025 all return shipments must be returned using USPS.  

Return parcels must be marked as $1.00 for value.

Please instruct your courier to explicitly indicate "Canadian Goods Returning" or “CANADIAN ORIGIN” when dispatching the items.

Additionally, ensure the use of the Harmonized Item Description and Coding System (HS Code 9814) during the shipment process.

This specific information will greatly assist in facilitating a clear distinction during customs clearance, proper classification of the goods, and ultimately prevent any unnecessary additional payments.

In any case where the above directives are not followed, and additional custom charges are incurred, we regret to inform you that these charges will be applied to your invoice.

Your cooperation in adhering to these instructions will contribute to a smoother and more streamlined return process. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

The following 5 items apply to European Union customers only

1. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

2. 14 Day Withdrawal Window

EU customers has 14 days to notify us of your intent to return. Once we have been notified you have 14 days to send back the item(s)

3. Outbound Shipping Cost Refunds

We will refund the original standard shipping charges. If you selected and paid for Express Shipping we will only refund the lowest standard shipping charge

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

EU customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to get the product back to us. There will be no refunds or credits for customer paid return shipping costs
