The helmet is engineered to absorb impact energy in the event of a fall and must be replaced after any impact, even if damage is not visible, or after three years of normal use
While no helmet can prevent all serious injuries, proper fit and adjustment are key to maximizing safety. The helmet should sit level on the head, straps should be snug without covering the ears, and the buckle should rest comfortably away from the jaw, allowing the chin strap to pull slightly when the mouth opens
